Export your monday.com Timeline / Gantt view to PDF, PNG or PowerPoint in one click.

Install

1. Open a board that has a Timeline column (or a pair of start/end date columns).
2. Add the Gantt Export view to the board.
3. Pick your format: PDF, PNG or PowerPoint. The file downloads immediately.

What gets exported

• All items on the board with a valid date range become bars.
• Bars are grouped by monday group and coloured using the group colour.
• Scale (day / week / month) is chosen automatically, or you can override it.

Permissions

The app only requests boards:read and me:read. It never modifies your data.
